Wold has had the pleasure of working with Independent Health Properties on Morning Pointe assisted living and retirement centers across the State. The construction of a new Morning Pointe was opened in 2015 just outside of Historic downtown Franklin, Tennessee. The new location is strategically located on the corner of the new Franklin bypass, an extension of Mack Hatcher Parkway.
Morning Pointe of Franklin is situated on ten acres and features craftsman-style architecture. The new 54,563 sf facility offers 53 assisted living apartments and 20 additional memory care apartments. The plan layout is configured to provide a secure internal wander court for the Memory Support Assisted Living portion of the community.
