Wold Architects and Engineers completed a 25-year master plan and a building facility condition assessment of all of the buildings on the State Veterans Home Hastings campus located in Hastings, Minnesota.
The Wold team collaborated with the client to create a master plan that will better support the domiciliary program veteran and staff needs and the forward-thinking vision of the leadership team to move to a holistic approach that treats both the physical and mental health of the veterans.
The outcome of the master plan was to consolidate all the veterans housing and services into one new central building, new infrastructure systems, and better utilization and access to the beautiful campus grounds.
