Justice Alan Page & Eagle Point Elementary Schools

ISD 622 passed a $275M bond referendum in 2019 to reimagine their entire District, and Wold was hired to implement work across several facilities.

One of the key projects from the referendum was the creation of two new elementary schools to replace several existing elementary schools as a part of an initiative to balance capacity across the District, address critical maintenance needs, and create buildings of a certain size to help manage enrollment and efficiency. Both Justice Alan Page and Eagle Point Elementary Schools are designed to hold approximately 800 students. The projects are replicas of each other with the exception of the site design and the building color palettes. A common planning group made up of teachers, staff, and parents from elementary schools across the District served on the Core Planning Group to design the ideal elementary school. The design features two-grade level clusters, a centralized media center, dedicated space for before/after school care, and support services spaces throughout.
