Wold has worked with Westonka Public Schools on implementing a successful 2012 bond referendum.
The early learning addition at Hilltop Primary School serves to provide additional space for the District’s preschool, 4-year-old and early childhood special education programming. The project is designed to facilitate collaboration and engagement through an inviting design focused entirely on the student experience. The classrooms are arranged around an active commons space that provides gathering space for welcoming families, as well as a flexible learning area to support personalized and small group learning throughout the day. Security measures include a dedicated early learning entrance and improved site circulation and parking. The project was master planned for future phase two expansion of the facility to include other early learning program offerings, including three year old classes and ECFE (early childhood family education).
