The Grandview Trussville Freestanding ER aims to meet the needs of the rapidly growing Trussville community in northeast Birmingham, AL. Wold provided convenient, quality emergency services to the area staffed by emergency physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and other patient care professionals.
The 12,700 sf freestanding emergency department provides services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to patients who experience medical emergencies. The facility features eight private exam rooms, a trauma room, a triage exam, five fast-track treatment spaces, a lab, CT, Ultrasound, and X-Ray services. The site also includes a helipad, a feature that allows patients to be transported quickly to the main hospital via ambulance or helicopter if a higher level of care is required.
