Founded in Evansville in 1960 as Heironimus, Knapp & Givens Associates, the firm evolved over the years through Veazey Parrott Shoulders, VPS Architecture, and now Wold | VPS. While the name on the door has changed, the heart of the practice has remained remarkably consistent.
Across generations of leadership, one thing has endured: a commitment to serving communities, building lasting relationships, and creating spaces that make a meaningful impact. For the past 15 years, the firm also proudly operated as a certified Women’s Business Enterprise, reflecting a continued commitment to leadership, opportunity, and service.
