Spring Valley has been serving seniors in the area since 1957 and has been engaging Wold Architects andEngineering in the last three additions on their campus.
Spring Valley Living identified a strong need for memory care apartments after years of research and assessment on the area’s aging population, and services that would meet the individual needs of area residents in various stages of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia our aging population is facing. Wold worked with the organization to add 24 one to two bedroom units, ample living/dining room spaces, and a spacious courtyard to support resident-centered care. The addition also included an Adult Day center for the community.
