The Windsor Residence Halls, consisting of five self-contained buildings with 80 resident rooms each, underwent a comprehensive five-phase renovation. The project upgraded interior finishes and reconfigured the basement and first floors to create modern living-learning and administrative spaces while preserving the historical character of each building.
All restroom spaces were redesigned to better serve residents, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were fully replaced. Each building was also brought into compliance with current accessibility codes, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for students.
