Wold has worked with ISD #728 since 2004 and assisted with the planning and implementation of a successful $98 million referendum in 2014 and again in 2019 with a successful $113 million referendum.
Wold has completed three separate projects at the Handke Family Center, resulting in a facility that has been completely reworked. With a focus on creating enriching environments for students and the community, the Handke Family Center provides spaces for daycare, preschool, ECFE, ECSE, ABE, community education, and kitchen, as well as office space for permanent and itinerant staff.
The projects provided the additional educational space needed for the continued growth and success of the early childhood and community education programs. Campus improvements included the reconfiguration of parking and drop-off/pick-up, and the relocation of the secured main office to improve safety, security, and efficiency for children, parents, staff, and the community. Additional campus improvements included a community garden, community art installations, an outdoor classroom, and new playground.
