The City of White House partnered with Wold in 2012 to design a new recreation center for the community that features a diverse range of exciting amenities, including a state-of-the-art game room, kids camp, wellness center, multipurpose rooms, walking track and basketball courts. The new facility will look similar to the city’s community center and library, both of which Wold also designed to reflect the style and feel of the town center.
In recognition of the concerted efforts made by White House officials to offer new and exciting parks and recreation opportunities and programming to their community, the Tennessee Municipal League recently recognized White House with an award for Excellence in Parks and Recreation and was featured in Tennessee Town & City.
