Wold reimagined an office suite in the Indiana University Teter Quad Living-Learning Center, transforming it into a 2,500-square-foot makerspace and living area for Indiana University (IU) Luddy LLC. The design fosters creativity and collaboration with dynamic lab spaces, state-of-the-art 3D and large-format printers, soldering stations with overhead snorkel exhausts, and adjacent computer workstations. Dry erase surfaces throughout support brainstorming and teamwork.
The renovation extended over 10,000 square feet, including fresh finishes, an advanced active learning classroom, and a modern conference room. MEP upgrades, including a new air handling unit, ensure a high-performance environment. The project creates an innovative space that supports both individual ingenuity and collaborative learning.
