Dylan brings a solution-oriented approach to Elementary-12 projects, ranging from new builds to complex additions and renovations. With a background in construction, he works closely with contractors to see projects through, from conception to completion. He holds himself accountable for coordinating the production of thorough documents to deliver projects that are on-scope, on schedule, and on budget. He is devoted to mentoring team members and fostering relationships with clients.
