Burnsville Police & City Hall

After collaborating on a comprehensive space needs assessment that evaluated the deficiencies in space usage and long-term maintenance needs, the City of Burnsville began implementing additions and renovations to their city hall and police facility.

Faced with an increased demand for police operations, the design first focuses on addressing space and organization issues in the police department. The solution modernizes the police department with collaborative office environments, efficiently reorganized department space, updated evidence processing, and proper storage of critical police vehicles. Concurrent with these improvements, the city hall additions provide meeting and lobby space for the community.
