Eric focuses on managing the project schedule, budget and project architects/engineers on each of his projects. He strives on establishing organizational-wide standards for each client he works for and ensures each project designed for the organization meets those standards. Consistency of design between projects is extremely important to Eric, so there is equity between facilities when projects are completed.
