City of Farmington City Hall

City of Farmington

After assisting the City of Farmington in exploring the need for a new city hall, it was determined that a new facility be constructed in their historic downtown. Wold worked with a citizens committee to bring a recommendation to the council for a new City Hall that would serve as the gateway for redevelopment of the downtown area and future Spruce Street Expansion. Completed in 2008, the 36,000 SF facility includes the following features:

  • Central lobby design that enhances customer service
  • Council chambers designed for expansion into lobby
  • Collocated departments and open plan design allows for future changes
  • Exterior materials match existing store front architecture
  • Reflects character of the downtown
