Trinity International University

Deerfield, Illinois

Trinity International University comprises Trinity College, Trinity Graduate School, and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School on its primary campus located 30 miles north of Chicago. Beginning in the mid-90s, we have helped this Christian university create and implement its long-range campus Master Plan to allow campus development to proceed in a logical manner as resources become available, while maintaining numerous diverse facilities.

Trinity International University's vision for its campus of the future began with plans to replace the current Melton Dining Hall with a modern Student Life Center. This state-of-the-art facility serves as the central hub of the university grounds, in terms of both physical location and campus activities. The new Dining Hall and Student Life Center, includes a state-of-the-art campus food service program with seating for 450 students at any given time.

The new facility is built around the old Melton Dining Hall. As part of Phase II, Melton is being remodeled to serve expanded student services. The campus mail operation is being relocated to remodeled space as well as offices for the Dean of Students and student organizations. The Banquet Hall and Executive Dining portions of the building will occupy the old Cafeteria. The completed facility forms a "main street" for student life as the students move from housing to classrooms, chapel and athletic activities.
