The eight-story Saint Paul Building (also known as the Germania Bank Building) was built in 1889 and features a brown standstone exterior. Wold completed interior renovations to the building in 1988, complying with Minnesota Historical Society guidelines. The building is credited with the following:

  • National Register of Historic Places
  • 1992 Renaissance Award for Excellence, Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP)
